"Perfect down to the last detail, such as steel kettle instead of plastic or good block out curtains. Very nice staff. Uber clean."

"The hotel was welcoming, clean, light, staff were lovely. Corridors were quiet, couldn't hear any neighbours, which was a bonus as I needed to work and I needed a good night's sleep. The room was clean, although I found a dirty sock (which wasn't mine) in the corner of the wardrobe. The water from tap in the bathroom kept covering me in water, annoyingly every time I used the basin. I didn't bring a hairdryer as the room had one but please bring your own, the old gadget in the room kept clicking off and overheating, not modern at all. The breakfast was nice. Overall, I would stay at this venue again."

"All the staff were excellent- hard-working, helpful and cheerful. We attended a concert at Symphony Hall so the hotel was ideally placed. Our room was clean, spacious with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was self serve with loads of choice although no one seemed to figure out how the pancake machine worked. We had a very good stay. Our only criticism is the lack of signage on the hotel exterior which made it quite difficult to locate. "

"A comfortable, clean room and good tea facilities. Breakfast in the morning catered widely with fresh food, cheerful greeting, self service and catered well for gluten free. Fantastic staff to greet you when you first arrive and help with anything you may ask. I would definitely return whenever travelling to Birmingham. Thank you. "
