"This is my "go to" facility when traveling to Knoxville for business! Staff is always friendly and professional. Overall the facility and the room are always clean though a few could benefit from renovation/updating."

"I would not recommend this property location. We found a roach in our room and one of the beds was full of crumbs. We called the front desk to complain. They brought us clean sheets for us to replace. The manager apologized and said there was nothing he can do. La Quinta lost a customer permanently. If this is how they clean rooms, I cannot imagine their kitchen used to serve the continental breakfast. Very disappointing experience considering all we wanted was a clean room for a night."

"The location was great, just off the interstate and close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. The main problem I have with Motels/Hotels is the noise from neighboring rooms. The people around us were quite and the group sitting on the upstairs balcony finished their gathering before we went to bed. The room was great, looked newly refreshed. Good mattress, enough towels and the water from the faucet had a fresh taste. They supplied all the extras you might need in the room so that you don't have to walk up the the night clerk to ask for a toothbrush or tooth paste, those items were really nice. We enjoyed just sitting on one of the swings (and rocking chairs) to watch the sunset."

"Quick one night trip. Super clean, spacious. And a hop skip and a jump away from the Buc-ee’s!"

"It is exactly what you pay for. My bed was comfortable, my room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. If you are looking for a fancy vacation or a bunch of amenities, this is not the place. If you are looking for a clean comfortable stop on your journey, this place is adequate."
