The A/C was pretty poor, and could easily be upgraded. The elevator is filthy, but that's not terribly important to me.
The most important suggestion I have? Please put decals on the tub bottom, or provide an in-tub bathmat. It's really slippery, and there are no grab-bars/handles inside the tub/shower.
If only for your own protection, i.e. getting sued for a slip-and-fall, I think it would be in everyone's best interests to take care of that.
A woman named Miracle, who was on duty at check-in, was wonderful. She's a great employee!
The bed was pretty nice, the sheets were clean and crisp, which was much appreciated.
The provision of a toothbrush/paste, mouthwash, razor, shampoo, soap and lotion were great. Thank you.
The doors slam loudly if left to shut on their own (as opposed to the exiting guest or housekeeper shutting them), and I was woken up NUMEROUS times, for several hours before my alarm went off. I don't know how you could possibly address that, but it was very annoying.
I realize this is a budget hotel, and I tried to keep that in mind when commenting above.
Thanks for reading this. Again, the potential for a slip-and-fall in the tub is HIGH, and that's the most important feedback I have.
