“There were only 2 parking spots for handicap and 2 spots for credit card holders. Would have loved to be able to park in the handicap since I had to walk from one end to another. Go up the elevator then walk to the other side. Recommend thinking about those who are injured. Room was not clean. There was trash in the coroner by our window. One of the bed sheets had a cigarette burn in it. The other had QUEEN written on it.. shower had hair all over it and black stuff on the wall.”

“There are leftover fried chicken legs from the previous guest in the fridge, and the room has an unpleasant strange odor.”

“The property is visibly clean but there is definitely an unpleasant smell throughout. The common areas smell like weed and air freshener and our room smelled like a wet dog. Not terrible but not great.”

“The first room looked like someone had just slept in the bed. The bathroom was dirty hair in the tub, not cleaned, hair on the counter, the towels were still wet and so was the bathmat. The second room was even worse: bloody towels were in the fridge. Blood was on the towels that were hung up in the bathroom. Blood on the bedding, holes in the wall. electrical plugs were not safe for us having a 2 year old. The handrail in the shower was missing. And when returning to the front counter a third……

“The air conditioner had a loud rattle to it that made it difficult to sleep. We thought we could ignore it, but it became more annoying as the night went on. Be warned, there are no elevators. You'll have to carry your bags up flights of stairs.”
