“Easy highway access. Nice staff. Nothing outstsnding, but the room was clean and th bed was comfortable. The oncluded breakfast has the choice of toast, cereal or pancakes... no fruit. Overall, reasonable for the price, but a little effort on breakfast would sway me to stay again when in town on business.”

“We were placed in a room that smelled like urine so the staff moved us to another room. The TV remote didn't work and Noone could help fix it. They just suggested we move back to the original room. Overall the stay was ok but don't think I would be back or suggest this place to others. Breakfast was good. Love the waffles”

“We can’t wait to stay at Sierra Mountain Inn again. The cottage room was absolutely adorable and everything was well maintained. The front office staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful with a small issue we ran into. It was a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to our next stay.”

“There was a little problem with the parking being near a flight of stairs as my aunt uses a waker. A bigger problem was the TV did not work. The electricity was off in the morning. It went off at 6:45am was still off when we left at 10:30am so the was nothing hot including coffee for breakfast. I was told I would recieve a discount due to tv not working. Still have received no refund and it is almost a week.”

“Broken AC, the room was not swept or mopped at all (dirty and there were bugs and spider webs all over), the "hard wood" floor in the bathroom was sinking in like there was wood rot underneath. Avoid coming here. I was guaranteed a refund for having to switch rooms and shorten our stay, and still have not gotten the refund”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, the spa was filled in with cement. The hotel while clean upfront was a little dusty in the corners. The shower stall was in need of a good scrub, it had buildup. I would stay here again. And for the money I was satisfied with everything but the shower.”

“Things we loved: Wonderful hosts, very friendly and communicative! Cast iron pans and multiple coffee making methods available for use were a plus! Cool bath/shower. Music players were a fun addition (the old school radio was a hit a with our 9 y/o). Stargazing was stellar! Overall a very cute rustic cabin.Things that could be better: Beds were very uncomfortable and none of us got a good night sleep. Dining table and chairs didn’t work for our small family (we did clean off the patio table and……
