"Staftt were responsive, room is clean, but the quilt has stain on it, also the bathroom door won't close"

"horrible experience, i came in with friends after a 5 hour road trip and the room had stains on the beds, disgusting odor in the room and the hall, trash not taken out, used towels on the floor, an no tissues or toilet paper in the bathroom. when we complained they said we couldn’t get a new room and we didn’t get an offer for the room to be cleaned. we left an they didn’t give us a refund because there is no manager in on the weekends. horrible hotel, 0/10 please do not come here if you want to enjoy your night sleeping. terrible establishment and it is nowhere near worth the price you will be paying to stay."

"Lakeisha on check in was EXCELLENT. Very helpful very personable. However, at night I called for service and whoever was working was very rude. I waited on the phone for a while before she answered with an attitude just to put me on hold again. Once she came back she was annoyed as if she couldn’t believe I didn’t just give up and hang up the phone. Gave an attitude filled response and just ruined my mood. Very unpleasant. However did check out with Lakeisha again and she was very pleasant once again proving that it was just whoever was rude and not the whole staff. Thanks"

"Great Location Nice value for the money The included breakfast was the best. Even had an omelette bar. Staff was amazing The bar was understaffed for the soccer tournament that was in town. But still great service. No negatives I will definitely stay here again"
