"I love the historic character of the hotel. So many historic figures and celebrities stayed here. The building is beautiful. It’s so fascinating. Not at all boring like a typical hotel. I really enjoyed the charms and convenient location as well as all the quirks. Centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. Very clean. Great staff. Here are things to be aware of: No elevators. Wonky old floors and stairs. If you have mobility challenges, this might not be the place for you. I had a room on the top floor (4th floor) so I had to take all the stairs up. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it could be for you. Be sure to know what floor your room is on when making a reservation if this is important to you. The breakfast choices are really grab-and-go. The only protein choice I saw was yogurt. Otherwise, it is pastries and muffins. No fresh fruit. I ended up at the Littleton Diner down the street for breakfast, which was great."

"Beautiful view ! Pond in the back that you can hike around. Shooting stars. Far enough away from the busier strip that traffic was minimal. Gift shop was amazing. Pools were nice. Just was very crowded to try to enjoy them. Restaurant had live music which was very enjoyable. Was a very nice place and gorgeous in the fall !"

"We loved staying here! The property is gorgeous, they have nightly campfires, easily accessible units, playgrounds, amd even goats and sheep that you can feed!! Parking is easy, the rooms were clean, and we had a little kitchenette."
