"Dirty rooms. Dust everywhere. Doors that only I could close because it was so heavy. So my wife could not. No room service. I had to change the sheets myself. To compensate they did give me the parking for free. Will not stay there ever again!"

Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. "Pool is dirty and very cold! No heater. Room air conditioner was off from 2am to 5am. Parking is far and you need to pay for It. you wanna valet? Additional charge plus tip. I was about not to mention all of this but they did not let us do late check out. Not even 1/2 hour. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was only clean once. Very disappointed! Never again to this hotel. "
