“NEVER book here. I called the first day of my reservation to let them know that travel troubles would delay us until the following morning. I was assured we were checked in and our room was held. Upon arrival I found out that the reservation was canceled and was told to contact Expedia for a refund. The manager played dumb and said the person I described talking to at the desk didnt exsist.
