"It would be wonderful if a coffee bar was set up in the lobby, even just for a few hours each morning. We find it such an inconvenience to have to leave the property for a decent, not perked in our room, coffee. Otherwise we love this hotel for it’s location, beautiful grounds, great staff and cleanliness."

"I really loved the location of this VRBO and the overall decor and cleanliness. I was a little surprised by how small it was and that guests would have to come into a bedroom and sidestep around a trundle bed to get to the bathroom. I appreciated the extra touches like having a bottle of wine waiting for us once we got there. I did enjoy my visit overall but think it was a little pricey for the accommodations."

"Our immediate family of eight (6 adults/2 kids) stayed here mid-August to attend a wedding at Harrington Farms in Princeton, MA, which was only a 10 minute drive away. We much preferred staying at this house rather than getting three rooms at a nearby hotel. Check-in was easy as we were given the code to the front door before we arrived. There isn’t much in the area except for a general store and a Dunkin' Donuts less than ten minutes away, but there was nothing that we needed for our two day stay except for perhaps bottled water, which would’ve been nice had it been available upon arrival (just a small suggestion). We did cook breakfast each day for the group, and the kitchen was completely stocked with every possible utensil and cookware that one would need to do that. Thanks Kathleen for a your hospitality!"
