“Wonderful stay from the staff to the rooms! Would return again!”

“Nice clean room, hallways and lobby. I would stay there again.”

“You really can’t beat the location—right on the ocean with easy beach access, and just a short walk to some great restaurants and charming boutique shops in Vero Beach. It’s the kind of spot where you can park your car and forget about it for the rest of your stay. The hotel itself is definitely on the tired side and could use some updating. That said, everything was very clean, which goes a long way in making the stay comfortable. Overall, if you’re prioritizing location and a laid-back beach……

“We were in a King room at this property. It was immaculate. The bathroom area is large and well appointed. The climate control was also very good with both AC and a dehumidifier. We were a bit disappointed with the bed as we felt, and let employees know, that the mattress should be replaced as we ended up in the middle of the bed in the morning. There was no chair in the room, but it did have a high table with 4 metal bar stools. Be aware that the two front windows in the seating area have……

“We stayed one week in Vero Beach. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff members were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was decent and we appreciated the free coffee all day. ”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

“Very clean room, excellent cleaning staff. Quiet location, across the street from the path to the beach, beautiful beach and chairs/umbrellas/wheelie available at Inn, heated, clean pool a bonus, they accept dogs, and Amy is very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of miles from the center of Vero. A great little secret find!”

“Staff was excellent Handicap access was terrible. Ramp access to parking lot limited. Entrance to guest room required help. Bathroom very small. Housekeeping was terrible. No aheets, blankets or extra pillows for pullout couch. No kleenex, paper towels, silverware or dishes for kitchen. Trash and towels were picked up midweek but had to go to front desk for new towels and trash can liner”

“All the vending machines and ice are broken, there was garbage everywhere, the breakfast was not what was expected. ”

“I did not get the king room I reserved, 2 queen beds instead. They have not returned the security deposit even though I called and was assured my account would be credited.”

“The hotel was nice but needs some tender love and care. Our room was clean but lacking a hair dryer and the pod carrier for the coffee was gone. My husband used the fitness room but there was nothing to wipe down the equipment and it was sticky. No sanitizer either. Breakfast was meager but fine. ”
