“The property was rundown and from the pool deck, you can see numerous Exterior pipes and greetings that are rusted and look very shabby to any of the guests that are situated around the pool area. Our room was extremely dirty and one of the blankets on the bed was soiled with what it looked like feces, and this was reported to the front desk. Their attempt to resolve the situation was to deduct the resort fee for the night, even though we had paid for a cabana for our anniversary and it was a……

“What a great two day stay we enjoyed at the Driftwood Resort in Vero Beach, Florida.. We were very fortunate to have Kate as our concierge and special needs assistant. Kate was able to provide my wife and I with wonderful and extremely helpful accommodations. We are extremely grateful for her kindness and appreciate all of her willingness to provide us with the best stay possible. The room and amenities were just what we needed at the time. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Driftwood……

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……
