"Parking was good. A/C was loud temperature was less than cool. In high level to loud to sleep. Room was clean but no service unless requested. Advertising of the complex don’t match the listing beach was advised as step from hotel when in fact it was 10 min drive or a 25 min walk. The water in the bathroom came out kinda yellow running water don’t notice but if you fill the tub absolutely and you can see it in the bowl. Use bottle water to rinse mouth. Would not use this place again and do not recommend it. Please this is just my opinion. It was a last minute reservation had to fine something quick and those are the resort. Give it a 11/2 start. "

"We did not get into FLL until late due to flight issues, so did not make it there by the 11 pm cutoff for them getting us a shuttle ride. so had to get our own ride to hotel. We did not have any breakfast offered with our room. Do they even serve breakfast? Room was clean and comfortable."

"The one and only complaint was the elevator. Only one of two worked, was extremely slow moving from one floor to the next and it was very small. Could only fit 4 people. A lot of time was wasted just waiting for the elevator. Almost missed an Uber ride because of it. Otherwise, very clean, had beach view which was great, food was good, staff friendly but not always knowledgeable about the area. Not within walking distance to restaurants or activities. Would stay again. Would highly recommend. "

"Paying for parking where you’re staying at is crazy to me, realistically why do you not have parking for your guests covered! Additionally we also had to pay for packages being dropped off for us. " I don’t know how this place got high reviews. For the most part it is clean. Rooms are terrible. You have to fight with the room door to open and close. The beds are clean. The water is yellow/ brown. Even the water they serve for breakfast yellow/ brownish. I can’t speak on breakfast because we didn’t eat due to a ton of people and due to the water color. We went to McDonald next door. The rooms smelled like old mold the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The toilet makes a long whining noise after flushing. I spoke to the front desk and he stated, that’s just how the toilets flushes at the hotel and to get some sleep. The next morning I reached out to Expedia. They tired to reach out to somebody at the hotel but they would put them on hold and not return. Finally they were able to speak to the manager an he came to the room and stated, that all the water in the area was this color. The staff is pleasant but very nonchalant about anything you have concerned about. I am assuming because they feel there is nothing they can do about it anyways. I stayed the two nights because we didn’t have anywhere to go due to spring break weekend . For what we paid we could have stayed at a really nice hotel on a average weekend. We didn’t go to the pool so I can’t speak on the pool. The area is average. I didn’t feel unsafe.. "
