The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

Keeping in mind its 3-star classification, this hotel does not disappoint. Front desk staff is outstanding. Metro-North station is in easy walking distance. Of special note: In partnership with the Chazz Palminteri restaurant next door, guests can order a meal, get it delivered and charged to the room. Very nice option when traveling all day. I have stayed at the Rirz Carlton in White Plains several times and it is the best short get away. The rooms are beautiful, and very high end.

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).

The room was very clean and the hotel itself looked very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.
