"Overall this was a great choice. I was visiting family nearby and didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, so I gave a good rating for some of the categories as I didn't get to try them. The hotel was easy to find and located very near an outdoor shopping mall with good chain restaurant choices, a Walmart, TJ Maxx and other stores. Within walking distance of the hotel are a Wendy's and Chipotle. The area felt very safe. Check-in was great, the lobby is very clean. The hotel staff were friendly. When we got to our room, there was a slight bleach smell and I would rather that than a moldy smell. The bathroom and room were clean and lots of towels. Beds were very comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast, my son did and said it was great. I would definitely stay here again."

"The house was perfect, to bad the weather wasn't the first three days we dealt with the nor'easter but it gave us time to rest. Monday night music at the Hole in the Wall was a nice surprise."

"Here’s a warm, natural version:We had such a wonderful stay at Kim’s VRBO! The place was absolutely adorable, extremely clean, and even nicer than we expected. Everything felt well cared for, comfortable, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Kim’s place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and beautiful place to stay. We would definitely stay again!"

"We booked this property for a long awaited family gathering. I was able to communicate with the hostess before our booking date and she was very gracious and able to help me with my questions. Everyone loved the beachfront and this home. The home was very welcoming and inviting. The sunrises were amazing and the shoreline beautiful. We truly enjoyed the space and the openness of the floor plan. We hope to repeat our visit next year, and everyone is looking forward to it.."

"Though it is obvious that money is tight and some maintenance and ambiance needs have been put on hold, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. It was a much lower price than other places to stay, and I enjoyed my time there."

"Pulling in on a small farmhouse to the back of the property right on the Rappahannock River with a great waterfront view. Every morning I would wake up to the sunrise and it was beautiful and the smell of the ocean in the air."
