“The Lake Superior natural setting was such a visual treat. The house was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was super responsive to my many questions. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.”

“Lovely and comfortable. Was nice to have two rooms - with full kitchen. Very clean and cozy. We didn't have any contact with staff, but clearly the place is well maintained and cared for.”

“Property was nice. It was surface level clean. There was pretty severe obvious water damage in both bathrooms with visible mold. As a family that needs to be careful around mold, seeing this was disappointing. It was a comfortable house, dated, but comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, there are close neighbors, so if you are looking for space/ seclusion, this house does have close neighbors you will hear their dogs/lawn mowers / leaf blowers....

“The room was clean and in a good location. The bathroom floor was terrible. The tiles were lifting and stuck to your feet.”

“It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise.”

“Simple and clean, but the idea that this sleeps 4 is really pushing it. There was only 2 of us, so it was ok, but the “couch” is a cubicle type couch that opens in to what can roughly be called a double bed. There were no sheets for it, but the owner did respond right away and brought one flat sheet. He told us fitted sheets don’t fit the couch. It’s a decent place, but we stayed in 3 other places for much less that were much better. This is not worth what they charge a night.”

“Property was pretty well equipped; except as guest we were expected to do dishes but neither towels or dishcloths were provided.The master bed, although fairly comfortable, was a little wobbly on metal frames (?).We couldn’t figure out the bed in the main living area. I suppose it was suppose to double as a trundle/day bed but it was very uncomfortable to relax on. It never folded completely flat so it couldn’t be used for seating. Otherwise we enjoyed the fire rings and relaxing on the front...
