Welcome to this charming villa in the Village of Citrus Grove! This superb villa offers 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed.

It features a spa-like master bath with walk-in shower, dual sinks and separate water closet; the hall bath has a tub-shower combo. We also provide soap, shampoo, body wash and hair dryers in each bathroom.

For your added convenience, the villa comes fully equipped with all towels, linens, dishes, silverware, and cookware.

Best of all, you get to enjoy the wonderful amenities The Villages has to offer, with adult and family pools, pickleball, bocce, corn toss, shuffleboard, billiards and more! during your stay.

The villa is walking distance to the adult pool at Citrus Grove Recreation Center, and we are conveniently located less than a mile from Homestead Recreation with its family pool, and just 1.5 mile from all of the fun at Sawgrass Grove and Ezell Recreation Center. Additionally, you are just a short drive from shopping, dining and entertainment at Brownwood Paddock Square, as well as the BRAND NEW Eastport Town Center coming soon!

Beautiful Spot

We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the lake and wildlife. The place was clean and very well stocked. The owners were super in communication. We will be back.

Gators and Birds

The lanai with pond view was nice (power lines to the left). We enjoyed watching the alligator and birds. Short walk to the pool. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the house was clean. Dirty floors (not vacuumed or mopped). Smudged refrigerator doors. Sheets and pillows missing from bed. Dust everywhere. Carpets were full of crumbs and food debris. We notified the owner upon arrival. He sent the cleaning crew back out the next day. 2.5 hours of our vacation time was wasted on a sunny saturday waiting for her. I asked if she vacuumed the carpets as she left. She said yes. Nope. I ended up vacuuming the carpets instead. We stayed because we had commitments, but cut our trip 2 days early. The owner was responsive and had good intentions, but I strongly suggest the hiring of a different cleaning crew. P.S. Kitchen table chairs are very uncomfortable!
