We are new to the vrbo rental system and, though I asked many questions, he was always friendly and patient. Everything worked as it should. “Blood on sheets. Asked for new sheets, got offered a sheet with more blood. Ended up having to use a fitted sheet as a blanket. Dead bugs and roaches everywhere, with evidence of bed bugs (nest dots and corpses). Hairballs on the towels and mysterious orange goop everywhere. It was one of the cheapest options for ColossalCon, but definitely not worth for that headache.”
