“Rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. I originally booked and paid for two nights (through Hotels.com), and extended my stay for one more night directly with the hotel. BUT finally the hotel charged TWO extra nights on the bill. I tried to negotiate with and ask for refund from the hotel by email, however they had not responded to my enquries and requests for over one month (I checked out on Jul 12 and it's Aug 20 today when I write this review.). It's very irresponsible.”

“Location was great. Staff were helpful. Parking was great. Having a kitchen was excellent. The cats were cute. The door would not lock when inside the room, would only lock from outside. The chain in the door was also broken. However, a staff member was able to replace it with a new chain. Also, the room was cold in the rear near the kitchen. I had to ask for a space heater. “I am a little disappointed in the listing for this property. I was not notified til I booked that I could only get to cabin by boat. Each shuttle was 100.00 per way when I was told by property owner that is was 60.00 if you booked in advance the boat launch company said it has not been that low in price in over ten years. I wanted a romantic getaway and ended up with a headache that cost me way more money on top if the cabin price.they also said they had two kayaks and two paddle boards but we……
