"This is charming hotel in the center of Santa Monica, every kind of dining is a step away from the front door. And the famous pier is a short walk. The bed was very comfortable with ample blankets and what not. The ceiling fan was perfect."

"I expected more for staying with Hilton, the bed was hard and very caved in the middle of the bed. Seemed dated for the price, fridge was hidden in the dresser wish it was more visible. The ice machine on the 14th floor was broke so I called front desk to request ice she said someone would be up to bring some but nobody ever came, by then I was asleep. Great location to the parks and I love the bus that takes you back and fourth to the park with no fee. The outdoor escalator was very broken with the doors hanging off and what appeared to be a bloody hand print at the bottom of the escalator, very weird and creepy!! Average rating. "
