"We stayed here while doing Universal Studios for several days. The house was clean with plenty of room for the two families that stayed here (with kids ages 8, 10, 11, and 12). The resort pool and activity area was a hit for our two "down" days away from Universal. The property manager was an excellent communicator who got back to us quickly whenever we had questions."

Wallpaper in the master bedroom is peeling and the bed broken , held up with a brick . One of the sun loungers is broken and can’t be used , why don’t you replace it ?
