When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. We thought it might be a business call until he ended it with a hearty "later dude." We waited over 4 minutes for him to finish his call. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't what we expected. “My remote for the tv did not work, I asked them to get one from an empty room and they said they can’t do that because if someone booked it that person wouldn’t have a remote. I said I’m here and I don’t have one??? Like wth?? The fire alarm went off falsely early in the morning long before we were planning to get up!! This place sucks!!”

“Do not stay here! I booked a room 3 weeks in advance of our trip. We were given a room that had no air conditioning and when I told them they said they knew there was no air but they didn't have any other rooms! They finally found another room for us and then rebooked the room we were originally in with someone else before they cleaned it! We had laid on the bed, used the restroom but they didn't clean it before renting to someone else. Now it makes me wonder how clean the room was that we……
