We went ahead and when we got there though it took a little while for Niki to log onto Expedia she eventually found our reservation which was somehow never processed and forwarded to them. She was gracious enough and offered her help for anything we needed and when we saw her in the morning she made sure we had a good stay. We likely will stay here when we visit and have no family or friends to stay with. "
