“Loved that this hotel had a free breakfast with a good amount of options. I also loved the cleanliness. I didn’t love that my bed had a big divot in the side where everybody sleeps. It was uncomfortable. I also didn’t love that the air conditioning didn’t work and that every time I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. Ever. I also tried calling the outside number from my cell phone and it was never answered.”
