“Hi, This is our second time stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. However, our experience this time isn't that good. 1. The bathroom sink had lots of moles and dirt. I tried using a toothbrush to scrub it and they were removable. 2. There were lots of dusts on the air ventilators. 3. The air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. Half of the room was very hot while the other half of the room was very cold. My girls were sweating while they were sleeping because there was no air conditioning……

“Traditional Japanese hotel, close to Diver city and Aqua city. Excellence shopping experience.”

“This stay was, as always, extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast was just as delicious as ever. The next time I visit Tokyo, I will definitely stay here again.”

“Fast to travel to Narita”

“Perfect central location next to Tokyo station. Hotel was modern and very clean. The rooms were a little small but that is what is expected of Tokyo.”

“The lavatory and shower room is separated. We cannot put dirty and clean clothes inside the shower room and it is very inconvenient. It is better to change the shower room to bathtub and combine with the closet as on room.. The laundry service is good with 3 machines. The JR station nearby is not convenient for large luggage. There is only stairs for going up and down.”
