The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. Definitely 5 star. Dislike: We booked an ADA room but we still had to request a shower chair and a non-slip mat for the shower. Plus there should be a horizontal bar next to the toilet for the disabled to use. I had to rely on my walker. - In my opinion, an ADA room should have a step in shower.
