"This hotel is enormous. I was blown away by the shear size and openness of it! The only thing I didn't like was the carpet in the hallways, making it very difficult to move heavy luggage around on it. The room was very comfortable and bed soft. I usually have a difficult time sleeping in hotels, but not this one! The breakfast, while at an extra fee, was WELL worth the price! The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I have been to several hotels around the O'Hare Airport and this hotel is my absolute favorite. I need to look into their rewards program, because this is where I will be staying every time I travel in and out of Chicago. :) "

"Hotel room very comfortable. Close to Art Institute and Chicago symphony. Restaurants nearby. Service was ver good, the only issue I had was difficulty in obtaining receipt for my stay. I had to call and email at least 5 times before I received a receipt which to my surprise included a 2.5% surcharge for using a credit card. "

"This hotel was just perfect! The staff were all very friendly, especially service desk. The rooms were well stocked. The room was a bit small, but it didn't bother us. Within walking distance to everything! Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a great experience ❤️"
