This was the second time i had stayed at the hotel and the first experience was amazing. The second time, I"m going to assume was a manager charged me a 50.00$ hold on the room that i had not been charged before and then didn't even take into consideration that i explained to him that there was no need to charge me that since they didn't in the beginning. I am all about customer service and if you didn't do something in the beginning why would you change out to where. Especially when i came back to the hotel to stay again. Now to my room condition. The first time i stayed there the room was spacious and comfortable. This time i stayed there the room was not clean at all especially in the bathroom . Dusty and stuff all over the little mirror attached to the sink. If i hadn't had stuff to do that day that i would of said something but i didn't have time with getting back after check in at 7 pm and then having to be ready for an event there was no time to sit and try to argue my case against the condition of the room, The bathroom door also did not stay open at all and since i was getting ready and there wasn't a strong enough light in the room the bathroom lit the room but i had to wedge something against the door to stay open. I was not pleased at all and the only nice person that night was the valet man ADMAN, i think that was his name forgive my attempt to spell. I wanted my first experience again staying there and well that obviously did not happen.

Loved the location. Did not like the way the room was set up (bathroom literally 2 ft from the side of the bed) with a sliding frosted glass door.
