“Room 113 had a running toilet as soon as we walked in and wouldn’t flush. Asked to be moved to a new room. Room 308 smelled so musty and we realized that the carpet in front of the AC unit was completely wet. We asked to be moved again and all they had was original room 113. There was no way we could stay in a room with 2 adults and 2 kids without a properly working toilet. We checked out and drove 3 hours back home.”

“Shared parling with restaurant next door made it nearly impossible to find parking after 7pm. The room had some sort of odor to it, but it wasn't air freshener (musty). Shampoo in the shower was empty, still on the wall, but empty. The so-called breakfast was a joke. Stale bagels, waffles, but no syrup. There was coffee, but nothing else. No juice of any kind, not even ice water. I personally will never stay again.”

“I have never been so misled like the Canfield Hotel. There were street people laying around the corner. There was a man with two black eyes, cut across his cheek, filthy dirty smoking a cigarette right outside the door. I didn't even want to touch door handle it was so dirty. Inside it smelled awful and dirty. We were especially hesitant when we were told to watch our step to get in elevator as it was broken & wasn't even with floor. We took the room key, went outside in shock and agreed it……
