“We arrived on a cold evening in mid-October and the cottage interior was the same temperature as the exterior. The heating was broken and we were given a little space heater instead. There was also not an oven or stove (as advertised), instead a two-burner hot plate was set up on top of the inoperable appliance. “The owner greeted us and showed us personally around. The property is lovely and we enjoyed our overnight stay. The room we had did not have a tv and o hadn’t noticed that in the description so that was my fault. We also ran out of hot water with two of us taking a shower. But there were no vacancies so there might have been heavy consumption of water in the morning. Overall we liked our stay and would return if we are in the area.”
