"They are undergoing some type of renovations the pictures are not of this hotel or maybe before construction. But over all good price for what you get, and an overnight beach stay. Right on the ocean, had three pools and a hot tub, the lazy river was fun, the kids loved it! And we can deal with a little scratched paint, the room was clean, we had towels, soap and a short walk to the beach! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. A little bump in getting our rooms at check-in. At 4pm we went up to the desk, a young girl at the desk told us that our room was not ready and it would not be ready any time soon. That was unacceptable. We needed to get into the room to get cleaned up for reservation that we had at 6 PM. (3 women, one bathroom) After walking away in frustration we decided to approach. another staff member who was much more helpful, I'm terrible at names, but she was a sweet young lady with blonde hair and I think her name was Allison. She was able to find us the room and we were able to get cleaned up and make our reservation on time. The elevators were kept very busy , which meant that at one time or another one or two were not in working order. The beach umbrella and chairs I felt were a bit pricey. Other than that, the room was clean, the beach and the pool were wonderful and the tiki bar was great. The beach view from our balcony was exquisite. Oh, and one more thing the garage parking is tight, but they do have overflow. You need to ask about."

"Check on was easy took a little longer but went smooth. The room was very clean and smelled good. It was the ocean view which my girls and myself enjoyed the beach and pool view. The staff were very helpful when needed. Balcony was great expect the balcony handle was previously broken so I reported it. It took a few days when I saw a maintenance guy in the elevator with me and I report it to him. I told him it was broken when I checked in but the bottom part of the handle since it was broken had a sharp edge that anyone could have gotten cut. So I’m grateful that he took the time to replace that broken handle with a better and new handle which made it easier to side open and side close the balcony door."
