“AC unit fan worked. Small breakfast, ran out of waffle batter within first hr”

“The property and room were excellent. Clean, well appointed. The issue with the property was the staff and amenities. Online indicated check in is at 3pm.We arrived slightly before that but noticed a sign in the lobby stated check in was at 4pm, not 3pm. I was still permitted to check in, however my room was not yet ready. I was told it would be placed first on the list of rooms to be cleaned next and to give them 30-40 minutes. I was asked for my phone number and assured I would be called when……

“The AC in the room was broken. They replaced it, but the room was always very humid and smelled musty the whole time we stayed (3 nights). The fitness room was too small and also too warm/humid to use. There was a fingernail on the floor when we got there.”

“Stayed one night with my 3 kids it was clean the whole hallway smelled like weed which was disappointing considering I was staying there my 11 and 4 yr old. Other than that the room was clean just little cosmetic things like paint chipping and stuff like that.”
