“Staff was great, owner or manager, old dude was a jerk. We have booked via Expedia multiple times a year for over 10 years, this was the first time that our chargers were only for the first night and we paid the rest on site, we typically pay all upfront. When we asked for clarification the guy came out and was incredibly rude. He said the fees were because we had a dog with us. I clarified that the dog is a service dog he then back peddled and tripping over his words demand to see my bank……
