“Amazing view!”

“Very misleading hotel. Tiki bar, restaurant and pool bathroom are closed for repair, but didn't see any repair going on. Room was dirty, staff was not welcoming or informative at all, pool was dirty and freezing cold. No pool maintenance in the 3 days we were there. Hotel carpets are dirty and stained in the hallways. Worst trip ever, couldn't wait to go home. This hotel is charging double of what it should be charging. Beach across the street are not clean. Saw garbage and a hypodermic needle.……

“Room was not cleaned upon arrival, the room reeked of dog and there was leftover food. When asked about this to the front desk she said they don’t have any other rooms and unable to do anything about it. Clearly we were upset and she made further snarky comments when trying to find a solution and said she could give us a trash bag to clean up. We left the property the following morning prior to full stay and we were promised a refund. However later told that unable to refund a stay that we did……
