“Newly renovated rooms, very clean. Good location about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Affordable. There is a freeway next to it so expect some traffic noise in your room. That may be a problem for light sleepers. Only oatmeal, apples, snack bars, orange juice, coffee, tea for breakfast ”

“It started off on the wrong track when I learned that the discounted golf rates at Encinitas Ranch were not available as advertised. Owner indicated that the property manager included that provision in error. My view was that they should provide a discount as it was a benefit offered in the advertised listing and the owner should have the property manager cover the cost. But that did not happen and I was not very pleased with the response to address the misinformation in the advertised terms.……
