“I manager s full two hour stay before, I saw cockroaches crawling around the room! I left my clothes and everything. In the room! A refund for the room.... Doesn't equate me having to leave my clothes! Not just that when I asked for a refund I had to show the staff a video of cockroaches crawling around with all the lights on! Not to mention the stained shower curtains, the AC with black duct tape! Honestly no joke unless you have cockroaches this isn't the place for you!”
