“The worst part was the check-in. Expedia had not confirmed my special needs, so the hotel was not able to honor my request. They had three weddings booked, which made my specific needs difficult to honor. I had requested an accessible room. There were none available for me. “Staff was the variable, and an incident where I attempted to cancel a mistake, in which my virtual assistant was supposed to have canceled it, did not even after a message confirming the cancellation...I think thats Expedia fault,but the unwillingness of the staff to work with me on this error for even a partial refund was deplorable. “BEWARE!! Our room was fairly surface clean, however the shower curtain was badly mildewed, smelled terrible, and the tub appears very poorly cleaned and maintained between guests. The uncarpeted areas here barely broom swept and definitely not mopped. The pool was tarped over and closed and the patio area was filthy complete with dog dirt, dog urine stench, broken furniture and basic junk. It was blocked off to patrons as most of the "guests" are permanent residents that lurk the property all……
