“Pros: The staff was quite friendly, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, and bathroom was big. Everything was clean. Cons: Walls are thin, can hear neighbors (my solution, keep bathroom and A/C fans running--white noise). I would suggest a different contractor to fix the floor transitions and sink plumbing into wall.”

“We were in town for a convention and this hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the venue, it's in a great location just off the highway and in Hartford there are scooters on every corner so it seemed like we were just next door to our event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, arrived early and was allowed in on an early arrival fee which was worth it considering the long drive we had, we just wanted to relax a bit. “The room i was in had an adjacent door to another room. They people in other room were loud and noisy at 1:30am. There should be a way to sound proof door when both rooms are occupied ”
