“We found a bedbug and had to switch rooms.”

“Booked our room, non-refundable because we got stuck in Thornton. Although the room was “non-smoking” it reeked of cigarette and weed smell. We asked the staff to change rooms and they were booked up and refused to refund us. We contacted Expedia and they refunded us immediately and also gave us $25 for our trouble. 5 stars for Expedia.”

“The hotel staff was amazing! They were friendly helpful and efficient. The property is run down and in need of repairs. The last room we stayed in was ok but not very clean and there was an empty condem rapper behind the night stand. Discovered by my teenage daughter when plugging in her phone. The chairs in the room were so stained and dirty we didn’t use them. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was friendly and very helpful.”

“The room was very clean but definitely worn. The bathroom floor had been repaired. It was left lumpy and sqeaky. The tub/shower was clean but made a terrible noise when stepped on. Felt like it would crack. Damage on walls and doors was painted over, not repaired. Breakfast was basic. ”
