“Do not stay here. I had to change rooms because the bathroom and beds and floors were filthy (pubic hairs, stains, food). The faucet on the sink was broken. We moved to a different room. The hvac unit did not work by beds in the second room. We stayed multiple nights and only received housekeeping service once. When I asked the front desk (very rude) they said we were supposed to call to request. Funny, we hadn't done so on the day they actually cleaned. We were also locked out of our……

“This hotel was bad from the minute we arrived. I called early in week to see if there was a possibility to check in early because we had a long ride & had to catch a ferry for a memorial for a boss in Peaks Island, ME. When we arrived the 2 at front desk kind of laugh at me & looked at me like I was nuts. Then I asked if there was a place we could leave are things because I did not want to leave in our car & they did not answer me. So we went out in the parking lot wondering if we should go……

“I stayed her with my adult daughter, and the night staff person was so nice and informative, the day staff person was nice but did not seem to attend to some things as well. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, and some things clearly needed updating, so I hope they are all updated for the switch to a Holiday Inn. We would stay here again.”

“The pool was dirty. The water was green instead of blue. There was mold in the pool shower. Hotel entrance was hard to find. No staff at front desk during checkout.”
