“Staff were so kind. We only stayed one night because we were just passing through. Overall clean. No issues. ”

“Our first room that was given to us was not even supposed to be rented out so it was gross from work being done. The staff was helpful and switched our room for us. Not the nicest place but it was ok.”

“I’m not sure if the reviews were made up but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was so gross. We had mold in our bathroom and bugs in the room. Breakfast was horrible and made us sick. The entire hotel smelled like weed and it was not appropriate for our children. Do not recommend. ”

“Staff is excellent at the Birmingham Drury Inn. I interacted with at least six staff during my stay and all were friendly and professional. Anna particularly helped me by providing a room near the lobby which was a big help as I was recovering from recent surgery.”

“The property has seen better days. The beds were clean but the mattress was Seasoned. We always check our mattress at every hotel. The staff did their job, no rudeness but.no real engagement , nor were many words exchanged. Not bad just very basic accommodations, clean enough for 1 night, would not recommend for a extended stay.”
