“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. “We requested adjoining room with friends and we were told at check in they would be able to accommodate the request then failed to do so when the other group checked in. The room next to our room was unoccupied and was the same as the friends reservation. This was a small thing to do and the late night check in staff was rude when we explained the accommodation requested and we were told YES to when we checked in a few hours before. Clean rooms, spacious and had comfortable beds.”

“First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity.
