“Overall it was fine. Safeway at the bottom of the hill was suprisingly good with decent prices and variety. Pool, tennis courts, etc are open 9 am to 8:50 pm. Adult hot tub, family join, and heated pool. 3 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 1 squash court, 1 volleyball. Decent weight room setup. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first day and were given a number to phone. It got better after that. ”

“Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything……

“Extremely comfortable and well-equipped for a ski weekend. Kids loved the toys and books! The kitchen was great for cooking in. We had a little bit of trouble optimizing the temperature with the thermostat. Also there was a pile of towels in the basement that may have been from a previous guest. Overall, this is an exceptional find, with gorgeous views, a convenient location, and excellent amenities for families or a large group of friends. ”
