"The hotel itself was wonderful, but there is no parking available. Also, if you've never been to Salem before, this hotel is on the section of Essex St that is a pedestrian walkway ( hence no cars allowed) otherwise great hotel!"

"The front desk staff was great. But it was pretty gross when asking for different towels when the housekeeper was touching used towels with her bare hands.
