“This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Everything is excellent!”

“We had a wonderful experience during our 4 day stay. There is a “family” feeling to the hotel. The staff know what they’re doing, courteous, pleasant and always there. Check if in was effortless, zero wait. There were valet carts and the room and bathroom were spotless. Who doesn’t like “breakfast included”? And 5-7pm snacks were so cool. There’s even laundry machines for guests to use. I’ll be in Gainesville many times this year and I’m looking forward to staying there again. BTW,……

“Bugs in sink and on pillow. Charged for parking never telling me and website says optional parking fee area. Water on floor and toilet never flushed. Wrote a letter to avoid writing review but no response, therefore writing the review. ”

“Everything was great but they had a young man, skinny, black hair I think his name was Sam, he was AMAZING!! I sat down to have breakfast, He was by himself covering 7 or 8 tables. He would move as quick as he could, every single time he spoke to a customer though, he would not rush, he asked if they needed something else, was incredibly polite... he would offer ideas on the food, ect.. I own a small company and I am always looking at how people work and this young man did an awesome job!!”

“Staff was cordial and breakfast was good. Price is good, sheets are clean but Overall though: the room I got would benefit from more attentive cleaning, especially in the bathroom. This was a mayor let down for us this time. It is a basic motel-style hotel a bit dated but that would not be an issue if it was more carefully cleaned. I'm not particularly picky but that is a critical area that stood up negatively when compared to my previous hotel experiences that is why I'm rating with three……
