“Liked. Location, the free breakfast, coffee, juice, pool. Resteraunt. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, hot hot shower. Nice large TV. Ease of check in and check out Helpfulness with questions. Didn't like, the air-conditioning was loud. The floor in restroom had rust on floor near toilet. Cost adjustment request denied.”

“The Hotel is located next to a lot of great stores and restaurants. It was clean, staff was polite and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Everything wa great. The breakfast was not as good as it was the last time I stayed there. The sausage and bacon were dried up like it was ona hot plate for hours. And the granola was not cooked. It was good other than that.”

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Everything was good except the room when I get there the room is very a lot of trash in the containers, but everything else is good. I don’t make complaints no more because I’m already tired. I want to sleep.”

“The place is nice and well-located. The staff was okay, but what really needs improvement is the noise level. The rooms near the bar should have a soundproofing system, as there is live music played at an excessively high volume, making it impossible to sleep. You can also hear traffic noise and even people talking on the street (at night, of course). I wish I had known this before booking.”
