“it’s ok…room was clean. staff friendly. Property was in bad shape. Bird poop and feathers all along the entrance to the place. We traveled with a dog and the dog area was DISGUSTING!”

“Good clean rooms and the breakfast was very good! Outside benches need some cushions for sure. Bar needs a little better selection of hard alcohol. Staff was very nice check in was easy, Rooms nice and quiet and spacious. We will stay again when in Lubbock”

“I really want this hotel to survive, but you are living on borrowed time. You are at least 5 years behind in improvement and renovation. Carpeting, vents (rusting and filthy), damaged plaster ceilings, door key cards working 50% of the time, television in bedroom freezing in both rooms I stayed in. Eventually this property will fall in on itself. Hilton needs to invest. This is a property with great location and potential.”

“my room was not cleaned even after i requested it when i asked the young man he said he could not do anything about it. he told me if i wanted clean towels i had to bring the dirty ones to him.. i called their 1-800 number and they talked to the young man and told him to bring me towels to bring to me and he didntl the customer service people assured me someone would get in touch with me and no one has. i feel like if i wanted a clean room i was going to have to do it myself.”
