“I’ve been here for the past few years. At start it was amazing however I’ve noticed a lot has changed: - Staff are less friendly - Water is not free in the room. (1 can of water when you arrive only) - wear and tear not being fixed in the room - ripping off customers with drinks and ice cream (£24-35) for 2 cocktails or a small glass of wine. If you stay - go to the shop across the street and buy your Alcahol, fill it up in bottles and take to pool. As soon as we arrived the guy checking……

“We had a great stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The only small negative was that the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us—not right in the middle of the busy tourist area, but close enough for a pleasant walk……

I had my nails done and had a massage both were worth it. The only down side is all beaches are a drive away. So if you don’t mind not being in the action stay here.”

“Le personnel est agréable, l'hôtel en lieu même est bien situé et il y avait pas trop de monde . Par contre le buffet le soir pas exceptionnel et les boissons sont payantes même l'eau , la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous pour un 5 étoiles idem pour le petit déjeuner pas mal de produits congelés . Revoir vos dessert car ils sont sans saveur et pratiquement tout le temps la même choses.”
