“I stay there 5 nights, I don’t think the quality of be 4 stars. The rooms are old & dusty. Unexpected a DIY shower show up in the hotel not the slum. The breakfast was disappointing, chaos buffet table, boiled egg from fridge, no choice other than the sweets. Rude waitress of the dinner restaurant let me lost the mood to enjoy the poor-quality dinner. Staff at reception are friendly & helpful, but overcharge of minibar was found on the bill. The hotel made my holiday be murk, I won’t be……

“A great hotel in a really good location, its a fairly easy walk down to the beach and ferry but there is a top car park access to the town so you have the best of both worlds. Swimming pool is a welcome facility after a day of sight seeing, the lining is a bit stained around the edges but it seems welll maintained and clean.”

“Big problem with the air conditioning. It was not on when we entered the room. My husband asked the front desk how to turn it on. We followed their instructions. We went out exploring the city for approximately 5 hours. When we returned at 10 pm our room was still hot and the air conditioning was not running. I went to the front desk for help and was told I had to wait 30 minutes. I explained we had to be at the airport at 4 am and needed to get to sleep. After arguing back and forth she……
