Gabriele was very helpful once we started communicating through the app. The B&B is in an older building but the space is very clean, the owner is very friendly and made a great breakfast. “Room was large and well maintained - we (2 adults, one 12 year old child) stayed in room 1 (5 nights) and there was plenty of room. Decent breakfast offered in the mornings. Staff was helpful, but important to remember it is more of a b and b than a hotel so staff are not on generally site except in the mornings but are very responsive by WhatsApp. Location is excellent - right at a Metro station (Linea 1) and a short walk to all the popular spots in Centro Storico and the Spanish quarter. ……

"The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
