Accoglienza ed assistenza da remoto di facile accesso ed attenzione all'ospite premurosa e professionale. Sì riposa davvero bene e non ci sono rumori che possano rovinare il riposo. “Check-in at specific time, staff will contact you through email/whatsapp beforehand. Highly recommend this stay. My room is "life", it is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. The building has a small elevator we can use. ”

“A surprisingly homey property, you cannot judge the book by its cover and the elevator. The husband and wife owners are very helpful and warm and welcoming. Breakfast was superb and always locally made and locally sourced. I would recommend the property when in Naples . Walking distance to all the sites and the terminal. Gracie!”

“The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating (Josie) . The hotel door was not obvious at first - but once we found it was a gem hidden right downtown in front of the station. Highly recommend and breakfast was amazing especially Café latte and fresh squeeze juice. ”

“Excellent location. Close to the Central Train station and Metro. Was surprised that the room was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed daily! Was quite except when the local foot ball team wan a game, then there were fireworks! Usually not too late. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Recommend.”

You can only do self-check-in (Expedia site said “available” “suggested” and did not note that was the ONLY option and you have to send your passport photo via Whatsapp which we didn't feel comfortable with. No physical staff. All done via Whatsapp. 2. Expedia said “Top rated breakfast” .. that's a lie. Near the train station/airport - they should start breakfast earlier than 8am. Food wasn't ready @ 8am. Not much selection compared to the pictures they had on the Expedia site. 3. Self……

“Rooms were very nice and very clean. Staff and owner are very friendly and accommodating, Cafes close by.”

“Virtual check in etc. no face to face contact. Room as fine but had some issues with the electrical and needed to move rooms in the middle of the night. Host was very responsive but situation was unfortunate.”
