“We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay. Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ……

“Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. Rather than showing understanding or offering proper assistance, he was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our holiday experience.”

“The hospitality and location can’t be beat! The owner and his wife personally greeted us upon arrival and breakfast was purely divine, with a wide selection of locally sourced items (the owner mentioned the marmalades and olive oil are made by his wife, and picked from their orchard) The beach in front the property was perfect for a quick swim, and the hotel was in a very quiet part of town, but just under 5mins drive to the marina and shopping area.”
