“Very clean rooms. Bed pretty soft. Pillows were great. Parking was easy. Pool was very nice. Only complaint people above us were pacing back and forth and stomping till at least 11:30, then up at 4 am, stomping and then heard shower door slam. Other than that, was easy to get to restaurants and where I needed to be the next morning.”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable.
