“Matt was an amazing host, clear and prompt in communications and friendly. The mattresses were new and comfortable! Truly, many places skimp on the quality of the mattress, and this place did not. We had amazing sleep here. The location is central to everything, which is great. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if you're in a truck. If you're looking for location with a well-equipped kitchen and good beds, this is the place to stay! ”

However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.”

“The location is centrally located on UAB’s medical campus. There are many restaurants near by, as well as, a supermarket if you prefer to get groceries and cook yourself. I had a great experience and would highly recommend a stay here.”
